摘　　要：目的分析我国呼吸治疗护士职业认同现状并探讨其影响因素。方法采用中文版“护士职业认同量表”,对我国华中、华南部分地区共146名护理呼吸治疗护士进行调查。结果呼吸治疗护士职业认同总分(4.30±0.98)分,7个维度平均得分为(4.30±0.98)分,其中组织影响感维度得分最低,患者影响感维度得分最高;不同职称、从事呼吸治疗工作年限、平均工资水平、不同性别的呼吸治疗护士之间,职业认同得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院管理者可以通过加强现有临床呼吸治疗护士的使用及管理,建立呼吸治疗护士职称体系,分化队伍层级,通过职称指导薪酬待遇,加强对呼吸治疗专业的宣传,加强职业观教育,以提高其职业认同水平。Objective To investigate the current situation of career identity of the nurses in department of respiratory medicine,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods The Career Identity Scale Chinese(language)version was used to investigate the the current situation of career identity in 146 nurses in department of respiratory medicine in part areas of central China and southern China.Results The total scores of career identity of respiratory treatment nurses were(4.30±0.98)points,and the average scores of the seven dimensions were(3.75~4.63)points,of which,the scores of the dimension of organizational influence were the lowest,and the scores of the dimension of patient influence were the highest.There were significant differences in the scores of the nurses with different professional titles,working years in respiratory therapy,average salaries and gender(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital administrators can strengthen the use and management of existent nurses in department of respiratory medicine,and establish the professional title system of the nurses,and divide their ranks,so as to improve the career identity levels of the nurses.
