摘 要:伴随着开发的进行,渤海矿区不同油田地质油藏能力与地面工程处理能力的矛盾日益突显,亟待研究不同黏度油藏不同的开发动态规律特征。针对液量与油量随含水变化幅度、提液界限、含水变化规律、单位厚度可采储量、开发寿命、油藏采收率等问题,选取了渤海矿区地层原油黏度分别为439 mP·s,129 mP·s,34 mP·s,3 mP·s的4个典型油藏,为规避不同井投产次序对动态特征的影响,将所有单井拉齐到同一原点,按照一定含水阶段、投产时间、累产油量为间隔,完成不同油藏单井动态特征的提炼。研究表明,不同黏度油藏开发过程中呈现不同的动态特征,随着含水的上升,稀油单井产液量能达到初期产液量的1.5~3.5倍,稠油单井产液量则能达到初期产液量的4.5~6.5倍,平台液处理能力设计要为不同油藏预留不同的提液空间;伴随着原油黏度的升高,水驱油藏采收率变低,经济开发周期变短,稀油油藏平台设计寿命取25~30年,稠油油藏平台设计寿命可适当降低至10~15年。With the progress of development,the contradiction between the geological reservoir capacity of different oilfields in the Bohai mining area and the processing capacity of surface engineering has become increasingly prominent,and the different development dynamic characteristics of reservoirs with different viscosities need to be studied urgently.Aiming at issues such as the extent of change of liquid and oil content with water cut,the limit of liquid extraction,the law of water cut,recoverable reserves per unit thickness,development life,and oil reservoir recovery,four typical oil reservoirs of the viscosities of crude oil from the Bohai mining area were respectively selected as 439 mP·s,129 mP·s,34 mP·s and 3 mP·s.In order to avoid the influence of different well commissioning sequence on the dynamic characteristics,all single wells are aligned to the same origin,and different water cut stages,commissioning time,and cumulative oil production are the intervals to complete different refinement of the performance characteristics of a single well in a reservoir.Studies have shown that different viscosity reservoirs present different dynamic characteristics during the development process.With the increase of water cut,the liquid production of a thin oil single well can reach 1.5 to 3.5 times the initial liquid production,and the liquid production of a heavy oil single well can be to reach 4.5 to 6.5 times of the initial fluid production,the platform fluid handling capacity design should reserve different fluid extraction spaces for different reservoirs;with the increase of crude oil viscosity,the recovery rate of water flooding reservoirs becomes lower and economic development.The cycle becomes shorter,the design life of light oil reservoir platform is 25~30 years,and the design life of heavy oil reservoir platform can be appropriately reduced to 10~15 years.
