加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症腰背疼痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症腰背疼痛的效果。方法选取医院收治的98例肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症腰背疼痛患者,依照随机数表分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用鲑鱼降钙素治疗,观察组采用加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗。结果治疗3个月后,2组肾虚血瘀证中医症状评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05);2组腰背疼痛评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05);2组骨密度值均升高(P<0.05),且观察组更高(P<0.05);观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05);2组药物不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论采用加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症腰背疼痛能够改善肾虚血瘀症状,减轻疼痛,增加骨密度,疗效确切,用药安全。Objective To explore the effect of Shentongzhuyu Decoction Addition on osteoporosis low back pain with type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods 98 patients with osteoporosis low back pain with type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis admitted to the hospital are randomly divided into two groups.The control group is treated with salmon calcitonin,while the observation group is treated with Shentongzhuyu Decoction Addition.Results After 3 months of treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom scores in kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in both groups are decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group are lower(P<0.05).The scores of osteoporosis low back pain in both groups are decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group is lower(P<0.05).The bone mineral density in both groups are increased(P<0.05),and the observation group are higher(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group is higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups are similar.Conclusion Using Shentongzhuyu Decoction Addition to treat osteoporosis with low back pain with type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis can improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,reduce pain,increase bone density,and the clinical effect is definite,safe medication.
