摘  要:三七花皂苷是三七花的主要活性成分之一,主要包括人参皂苷类和三七皂苷类,具有多种药理活性。离子通道是生物电活动的基础,在许多细胞活动中起着关键作用。近年来,研究发现三七花皂苷成分能够调控多种细胞离子通道,进而发挥不同的药理作用。现就三七花皂苷多种成分对细胞离子通道的不同作用特点及可能的机制予以综述,为三七花皂苷成分的深入研究和合理应用提供可靠的理论依据。Panax notoginseng flower saponins are one of the major active components of Panax notoginseng flowers,mainly including ginsenosides and notoginsenosides,and have a variety of pharmacological activities.Ion channels are the basis of bioelectric activity and play a key role in many cell activities.In recent years,studies have found that Panax notoginseng flower saponins can regulate a variety of cell ion channels,and then exert different pharmacological effects.The study summarizes the different features and possible mechanisms of the various components of Panax notoginseng flower saponins on cell ion channels,aiming to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the in-depth study and rational application of Panax notoginseng flower saponins.
