摘  要:针对螺纹插装电磁换向阀中电磁铁组件性能改进的问题,以某螺纹插装电磁换向阀为例,对影响其磁路的主要结构进行了分析与改进研究。首先,运用磁路原理分析了影响该电磁换向阀磁路及吸力特性的结构因素;建立了换向阀的Maxwell有限元分析模型;然后,基于该有限元模型仿真分析了线圈外壳厚度、断磁厚度、衔铁吸合锥角和隔磁环对电磁铁吸力特性的影响,主要包括每个结构参数对初始吸力大小和行程力曲线的影响;最后,根据仿真分析结果,改进了上述各个结构参数,并提出了综合改进模型。研究结果表明:由综合模型可知,该电磁换向阀电磁铁的吸力特性得到了改进,不仅使其最大工作气隙处吸力增大了约30%,而且使吸合处吸力减小了约50%,改善了吸合时吸力急剧增长的状况,使得换向阀的换向过程更加平稳,更好地满足了换向阀的工作要求。Aiming at the problem of improving the performance of electromagnet components in thread cartridge solenoid valve,taking an electromagnetic directional valve as an example,the main structure affecting the magnetic circuit was analyzed and improved.By using the principle of magnetic circuit,the structural factors which affected the magnetic circuit and suction characteristics were analyzed.The Maxwell finite element analysis model of the valve was established.Based on the model,the influence of coil shell thickness,magnetic breaking thickness,armature angle and magnetic ring on the electromagnetic suction characteristics were simulated.The influence of each structural parameter on the suction of the maximum working air gap and stroke force curve was mainly analyzed.According to the simulation results,each structural parameter was analyzed and improved,and a comprehensive improved model was proposed.The results indicate that the comprehensive model improves the suction characteristics of the electromagnet in thread cartridge solenoid valve,not only increases the suction at the maximum working air gap by about 30%,but also reduces the suction at the closing position by about 50%,which improves the phenomenon of rapid increase of suction during closing,makes the reversing process of the directional valve more stable,and better meets the working requirements of the directional valve.
