摘 要:基于热流固耦合作用,推导输油管道轴向应力表达式,利用ANSYS Workbench建立土—管—油三维有限元模型,采用时程分析法,考虑温度场和热流固耦合因素影响,分析埋地输油管道地震响应,得出埋地输油管道在地震激励作用下的变形特征及动力时程曲线。结果表明:埋地输油管道在X向激励作用下比Y向与Z向轴向应力峰值提高14.9%;温度场对轴向应力影响略微增大,峰值应力提高2.5%;热流固耦合场对管道影响明显,热流固耦合下频率降低89%以上,轴向应力峰值增大46%。该结果为严寒地区埋地输油管道设计提供技术支持。In order to study the seismic response of buried oil pipeline under thermal fluid solid multi field coupling,the expression of axial stress of oil pipeline is derived based on thermal fluid solid coupling.The three-dimensional finite element model of soil pipe oil is established through workbench.The seismic response of buried oil pipeline is analyzed by time history analysis method,considering the influence of temperature field and thermal fluid solid coupling,the deformation characteristics and dynamic time history curve of buried oil pipeline under seismic excitation are obtained.The results show that the peak stress of buried oil pipeline under X-direction excitation is 14.9%higher than that of Y-direction and Z-direction;the effect of temperature field on axial stress increases slightly,and the peak stress increases by 2.5%with temperature field;the frequency decreases by 89%and the peak value of axial stress increases by 46%.By studying the seismic response of pipeline under the coupling of multiple physical fields,it provides technical support for the design of buried oil pipeline in severe cold area.
