摘  要:通过对SUS316L不锈钢拉深特性进行分析,计算零件毛坯尺寸并确定拉深工艺,对罩壳结构特点和拉深难点进行分析,通过调整工序间转角处间隙、合理选用模具材料及设计模具结构、调整落料拉深模间隙、改进拉深模凹模及过渡圆角,成形的罩壳满足使用要求,为不锈钢材料在继电器罩壳中的应用奠定了基础。The drawing characteristics of SUS316L stainless steel was analyzed,the blank size of the parts was calculated and the drawing process was determined.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and the drawing difficulties of the enclosure,the clearance at the corner between the processes was adjusted,the die material was selected and die structure was designed reasonably,the clearance of the blanking and drawing die was adjusted and the concave plate of drawing die and transition fillet were improved,which could meet the requirments of use and lays a foundation for the application of stainless steel in relay enclosure.
