摘　　要：以建筑施工常见质量通病渗漏为主要研究对象,先对建筑结构渗漏因素进行了详细说明,结合项目具体情况,从防渗举措、强化防水和控制风压出发,有针对性地提出了可使渗漏问题得到解决的措施,以期为相关人员带来帮助或启发。With common quality seepage problems in construction process as main research objects,firstly the detailed seepage factors for building structure are introduced,then combined with the specific situation of the project,starting from seepage control measures,strengthening waterproofness and control of air pressure,targeted measures are proposed to solve seepage problems,hoping to bring help or inspiration to the related people.
