摘　　要：目的:探讨头颈肿瘤病人支持性照护需求与其社会支持及情绪状态的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法,对206例头颈肿瘤病人进行问卷调查,包括一般情况调查、中文版癌症病人支持性照护需求量表(SCNS-SF34)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、医院病人焦虑抑郁问卷(HADS),分析头颈肿瘤病人支持性照护需求与社会支持、焦虑抑郁的关系。结果:206例病人社会支持总分(38.96±9.55)分、焦虑(9.15±3.26)分、抑郁(9.99±3.61)分,头颈肿瘤病人心理需求与主观支持(r=-0.131,P=0.031)、支持利用度(r=-0.146,P=0.018)呈负相关,病人照护及支持需求与客观支持呈正相关(r=0.141,P=0.022);除性需求维度外,支持性照护需求各维度与焦虑、抑郁均呈正相关。结论:头颈肿瘤病人支持性照护需求与其社会支持、焦虑及抑郁状态密切相关,社会支持、焦虑和抑郁是其支持性照护需求的重要影响因素。Objective:To explore the relationship between supportive care needs,social support and emotional state of patients with head and neck tumor.Methods:A total of 206 patients with head and neck cancer were taken a questionnaire investigation by convenience sampling method,including general information survey,Chinese version of Supportive Care Needs Survey Short-Form(SCNS-SF34),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).To analyze the relationship between supportive care needs,social support,anxiety and depression in patients with head and neck cancer.Results:Total score of social support of 206 patients was 38.96±9.55,anxiety score was 9.15±3.26,and depression score was 9.99±3.61.Psychological needs and subjective support of patients with head and neck tumors(r=-0.131,P=0.031)was negatively correlated with support utilization degree(r=-0.146,P=0.018).And the need for care and support was positively correlated with objective support(r=0.141,P=0.022);In addition to the dimension of sexual needs,supportive care needs were positively correlated with anxiety and depression.Conclusion:The supportive care needs of patients with head and neck tumor are closely related to their social support,anxiety and depression.And social support,anxiety and depression are important influencing factors of their supportive care needs.
