摘　　要：紧急避难所关系到社会安全,能为居民生命财产提供保障。结合GIS的地理空间分析能力,基于上海市人口数据和路网数据,对上海市市中心的紧急避难所进行了可达性分析。分析结果揭示了上海市市中心区域紧急避难所区位分布的合理性及其可达性水平,并提供了相应的规划建议,为社会安全提供保障。Emergency shelters are related to social security,and provide protection for the life and property of residents.Combining with the geographical spatial analysis ability of GIS,based on the population data and road network data in Shanghai City,we analyzed the accessibility of emergency shelters in downtown Shanghai.Through accessibility analysis,it reveals the rationality of the location distribution of emergency shelters in downtown Shanghai and their accessibility levels,and provides corresponding planning suggestions,which can provide protection for social safety.
