摘　　要：针对ArcGIS软件功能不能满足天地图矢量数据融合工作要求的问题,设计并实现了一种矢量数据融合工具。在分析矢量数据融合技术路线与Arc GIS软件已有功能的基础上,梳理出工具需求,并进行工具功能模块设计;利用ArcGIS相关组件,在Visual Studio开发环境下进行工具实现。将工具应用于天地图·陕西国省矢量数据融合工作中,结果表明,该工具不仅能减少人工重复作业,而且能保证数据融合的质量,有效提升了数据融合效率。Aiming at the problem that Arc GIS software function couldn’t meetthe requirements of the Map World data fusion,we designed and implemented a vector data fusion tool.Based on the analysis of the vector data fusion technology route and the existing functions of Arc GIS software,we sorted out the requirements of the tool,designed the tool function modules,and used Arc GIS related components to implement the tool in the Visual Studio development environment.The tool has been applied to the Map World Shaanxi national vector data fusion work.The practical results show that the tool designed and implemented in this paper can reduce the manual repetitive work,while ensuring the quality of data fusion and effectively improving the data fusion efficiency.
