摘  要:地质灾害防治是通过大量的监测数据预测灾害变形趋势乃至预报灾害发生时间,其结果将为地质监测管理决策人员提供辅助支持,保障地质灾害监测预警工作顺利进行。分析了提高地灾监测数据综合分析和预测预报能力的必要性,基于数据质量分析、相关性分析、位移矢量图、切线角法预警预报等综合处理与分析技术,结合巫山县地质灾害监测预警示范站地质灾害业务信息和地灾监测数据的特点,阐述了数据综合处理与分析的关键技术及其在地灾防治管理系统的应用,为地灾防治综合地质调查提供了信息化、网络化、标准化、科学化的管理手段。The prevention and control of geological hazards is to predict the tendency of deformation and even the time of disasters by means of a large amount of monitoring data.Its result can provide assistant support for the decisionmakers of geological monitoring management,and ensure the smooth progress of geological hazard monitoring and early warning.In this paper,we analyzed the necessity of improving the ability of comprehensive analysis and forecast of geological hazard monitoring data at first.And then,based on data quality analysis,correlation analysis,displacement vector map,tangent angle method for early warning and prediction and other comprehensive processing and analysis techniques,combining with the operational information and the characteristics of geological disaster monitoring data of geological hazard monitoring and early warning demonstration station in Wushan County,Chongqing,we expounded the key technologies of data comprehensive processing and analysis and its application in geological hazard prevention and control management system,which could provide informationization,network,standardization and scientific management means for geological hazard comprehensive geological investigation.
