摘  要:随着我国经济发展水平的不断提升,高素质应用型人才的社会化需求也在不断提高。实践证明,"以赛促学"是高素质应用型人才实现增量的有效路径。民办高校更需要加强教学和比赛的结合,通过各种类型的专业化比赛活动督促学生不断提升专业知识应用能力。该文从激发学生学习热情、增强学生自主学习意识出发,基于"以赛促学"的现状和可行性分析,就民办高校应用型人才培养的有效模式和优化路径进行了探索,提出了加强竞赛活动与教学内容联系、完善组织管理机制、提高竞赛活动质量实施策略,旨在以此引发更多关于通过"以赛促学"来改善民办高校应用型人才培养模式的思考,为高质量培养具有实践能力的精英人才提供借鉴。With the level of economic development has been improved constantly,social need of high quality talents is also being rising.Practice has proved that it's efficient to realize the increment through the mode of"Promoting Learning by Competition".It's much important for private colleges to strengthen the combination of teaching and contest,supervising students to improve ability to apply knowledge by various professional competitions.The paper starts from stimulating students'learning enthusiasm and cultivating students'self-directed learning consciousness.Basing on the analysis of the actuality of the"Promoting Learning by Competition"and the feasibility,the paper probes into the effective mode and optimization path of application-oriented personnel training in private college and put forward those strategies like strengthening the relationship between competition and teaching content,perfecting the organization and management mechanism,improving the quality of competition and so on.It aims to cause more thinking of improving the application-oriented personnel cultivation in private college through the mode of"Promoting Learning by Competition"and provide reference for high-quality cultivation of elite talents with practical ability.
