网络环境下图书馆电子阅览室的管理及发展方向研究

摘　　要：该文介绍了电子阅览室的概念和功能,指出了公共图书馆电子阅览室存在的问题,即没有充分利用数字资源、对数字资源没有给予足够的重视、宣传渠道单一、员工培训机会不足等问题,使其不能为读者提供更好、更细致、更专业的服务。该文还讨论了电子阅览室的管理方向,需建立完善的规章制度、发展多元化的服务模式等,分析了信息网络环境下图书馆电子阅览室发展方向,需完善电子阅览室的硬件设施、全面实施免费上网服务、开发利用数字图书馆资源,以满足不同读者的需求。This paper introduces the concept and function of E-reading room,and points out the problems existing in E-reading room of public library,such as not making full use of digital resources,not paying enough attention to digital resources,single propaganda channel,lack of staff training opportunities and so on,which make it unable to provide better,more detailed and more professional services for readers.This paper discusses the management direction of E-reading room,the need to establish perfect rules and regulations,the development of diversified service mode,etc.This paper analyzes the development direction of the library's electronic reading room under the information network environment,and points out that it is necessary to improve the hardware facilities of the electronic reading room,fully implement the free internet service,and develop and utilize the digital library resources to meet the needs of different readers.
