摘　　要：王琦教授基于中医体质学理论和多年诊疗皮肤疾病的临床经验,提出“肤-体相关论”。他重视皮肤病的外在表现与个体体质的相关性,同时强调引入现代医学评价体系,对患者就诊前后进行疗效对比。在临证治疗慢性荨麻疹的过程中,他以“肤-体相关论”为指导,通过体质辨识,发现体质与证候、疾病之间的关系,肤体同治,获得较好的临床效果,为慢性荨麻疹的中医治疗提出了新思路。Professor WANG Qi combines the theory of traditional Chinese medicine constitution with years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases to put forward the“skin-body correlation theory”.He paid attention to the correlation between the external manifestations of skin diseases and individual constitution,and emphasized the introduction of modern medical evaluation system to compare the efficacy of patients before and after the visit.In the process of treating chronic urticaria with clinical syndromes,the“skin-body correlation theory”is used to guide the treatment.Through the identification of patients′constitution types,the relationship between constitution,syndromes and diseases is found.The skin and body are treated at the same time,and a good clinical effect is obtained,which provides a new idea for the treatment of chronic urticaria in traditional Chinese medicine.
