摘  要:二道沟金矿正北沟矿区浅孔留矿采矿法生产时采用平底结构和人工出矿方式,存在劳动强度大、出矿效率低等问题,且最终放矿时穿脉之间残留大量矿石,造成矿石永久损失。采用缩短出矿穿距离的方式,将矿石尽可能地放空,降低了穿与穿之间堵塞的几率。通过采用废石分层回填的方法,将沿脉底部高2 m的矿石置换出来,降低了采矿损失率。通过架设废石井等措施,确保了采场安全,降低了采矿损失率和矿石贫化率,有效控制了因上下盘脱落而造成的二次贫化,取得了良好的经济效益。Zhengbeigou District of Erdaogou Gold Mine manually withdraws ores with flat bottom structures in the process of short-hole shrinkage and suffers intense labor and low ore withdrawing efficiency.What’s more,ores remain between the veins during the final withdrawal and are permanently lost.By shortening of ore drawing distance,the ore is emptied as much as possible,and the possibility of blocking between veins is reduced.The ores 2 m high at the bottom along the vein are replaced by layered waste rock backfills,reducing mining loss rate.Through setting up waste rock shafts,the stope safety is ensured,the mining loss rate and ore dilution rate are reduced,the secondary dilution caused by the upper and lower wall falling is effectively controlled,and good economic benefits are obtained.
