摘　　要：文章用实例展现了通过Excel快速录入压力表电子原始记录的方法,并提供了参考格式。方案中基于量程、分度值、准确度等级归纳表的Excel原始记录表格可依据不同量程和分度值自动填入标准值,并在准确度等级确定后将整数化序列转化为所需的全部示值和结果,与最大允许误差进行比较,得出结论。以键入一串简单的数字代替手写几十组四、五位数的数字,大大提高了输入效率,缩短时间,避免手写及计算错误,并且在符合相关规定的前提下体现了电子记录的优势。This paper presents the electronic original method of Excel rapid recording pressure gauge with examples,and provides reference format.In this plan,the Excel original record table based on the scale division value grade induction table can automatically fill in the standard value according to different range and indexing value,and convert the integer sequence into all the required values and results after the determination of the grade,and then draw a conclusion by comparing with the maximum allowable error.To type a string of simple numbers instead of dozens of handwritten numbers,greatly improve the input efficiency,shorten the time,avoid handwriting and calculation errors,and in line with the relevant provisions of the premise reflects the advantages of electronic records.
