摘 要:通过芘衍生物(P1)上的羟基(—OH)和异氰酸基(—N=C=O)反应,将P1连接到聚氨酯(PUR)体系中,制备出一种新型PUR/P1光学非线性复合材料。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外–可见光谱仪、热重分析仪和Z–扫描测试仪器等对PUR/P1复合材料的结构和性能进行表征。在15 ps和4 ns激光脉冲宽度激发下,PUR/P1复合材料表现出反饱和吸收和优异的光限幅性能,随着P1含量的增加,PUR/P1复合材料的三阶非线性吸收系数增大,当P1质量分数为0.3%时,PUR/P1复合材料在15 ps和4 ns激光脉冲宽度激发下的光限幅阈值最低,分别达到0.11 J/cm^(2)和0.046 J/cm^(2),表明PUR/P1复合材料在4 ns激光脉冲宽度激发下具有较强的光限幅性能。PUR/P1复合材料具有良好的光学透明性,能够作为光学透明材料。PUR/P1复合材料具有优异的反饱和吸收和光限幅性能,在激光防护领域具有一定的应用前景。A kind of novel polyurethane(PUR)/pyrene derivative(P1)composites with nonlinear optical properties were pre-pared by the reaction of hydroxyl group(—OH)on P1 and isocyanate group(—N=C=O).The structures and properties of PUR/P1 composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,ultraviolet-visible spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer and Z-scan test instrument.Under the excitation of 15 ps and 4 ns laser pulse width,the PUR/P1 composites exhibit reverse saturation absorption and excellent optical limiting properties,and the third-order nonlinear absorption coefficient of PUR/P1 composites increases with the increase of P1 content.When P1 mass fraction is 0.3%,the optical limiting threshold of PUR/P1 composite is the lowest under the excitation of 15 ps and 4 ns laser pulse width,which reach 0.11 J/cm^(2) and 0.046 J/cm^(2),respectively,which indicates that the PUR/P1 composite has the strong optical limiting property under the excitation of 4 ns laser pulse width.PUR/P1 composite has good optical transparency,which can be used as optical transparent material.PUR/P1 composite has good reverse saturation absorption and optical limiting properties,which has a certain application prospect in the field of laser protection.
