摘  要:在使用电子束辐照实现聚己内酯(PCL)交联过程中,研究了辐照剂量及交联助剂三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)用量对PCL材料交联程度的影响。采用熔融挤出及注塑成型方法制备了TMPTA质量分数为0%~2%的PCL板材。对几种PCL板材施加10~50 kGy的辐照后,通过分析PCL材料的凝胶含量确认其交联程度,发现PCL材料的交联程度随辐照剂量增加而上升,而添加TMPTA能够显著提高同等辐照剂量下PCL的交联程度。对比了交联程度不同的PCL材料在熔点、形状记忆性能、力学性能等方面的差异,随着PCL材料交联程度的提升,PCL材料的熔点和变形回复率下降,弹性态下的定伸应力上升。在工业化制备形状记忆PCL制品时,可以将板材堆叠成24 mm高并双面施加等量辐照,能够提升产品的制备效率,降低辐照成本。In the process of using electron beam irradiation to achieve cross-linked polycaprolactone(PCL),the effects of ra-diation dose and the amount of trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA),which is a crosslinking agent,on the cross-linking degree of PCL materials were studied.Several PCL sheets with a mass fraction of TMPTA between 0%–2% were prepared by melt extrusion and injection molding.After 10–50 kGy electron beam irradiation applied on several kinds of PCL sheets,the gel content was ana-lyzed to confirm the crosslinking degree of the PCL.The result shows that the crosslinking degree of PCL increases with the increase of irradiation dose,meanwhile,using TMPTA can significantly improve the degree of crosslinking of PCL under the same irradiation dose.Furthermore,comparing the differences in melting point,shape memory performance,mechanical properties of PCL samples with different degrees of crosslinking,it is confirmed that the melting point and the deformation recovery rate of PCL sample de-creases,and the modulus at constant extension in elastic state increases with the increase of crosslinking degree of PCL.In the industrial preparation of shape memory PCL,the sheets can be stacked 24 mm and the same amount of radiation can be applied on both sides,so as to improve the production efficiency and reduce the radiation cost.
