摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出机制备聚丙烯/空心玻璃微珠(PP/HGMs)复合材料,设计了A1~A4四种组合的混合段螺杆构型,研究了螺杆构型对PP/HGMs复合材料中HGMs的完整率、复合材料密度及力学性能的影响。结果表明,A1,A2组合制备的复合材料中HGMs破碎严重,HGMs的完整率分别仅为57.3%和64.6%,而A3,A4组合制备的复合材料中HGMs结构完整,HGMs的完整率分别为91.1%和93.5%。扫描电子显微镜照片显示,A1,A2组合制备的复合材料断面处HGMs破碎严重,A3,A4组合制备的复合材料断面处HGMs结构完整,HGMs形貌观察与完整率计算数据吻合,同时,复合材料中HGMs的完整率越高,复合材料的实际密度与理论密度越接近,弯曲弹性模量提高幅度越大,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度衰减越显著。The polypropylene/hollow glass microspheres(PP/HGMs)composites were prepared by twin-screw extruder,the four mixing section screw configurations of A1–A4 combinations were designed.The effects of screw configuration on the integrity rate,density and mechanical properties of HGMs in PP/HGMs composites were studied.The results show that the HGMs in the composites prepared with A1 or A2 combination are broken seriously,and the integrity rate are only 57.3%and 64.6%,respectively,while the HGMs in the composites with A3 or A4 combination are complete,and the integrity rate are 91.1%and 93.5%,respectively.Scanning electron microscopic photographs show that the HGMs in composites which is prepared by A1 or A2 combination are bro-ken seriously,while the HGMs in composites which is prepared by A3 or A4 combination are complete,the morphological observa-tion is consistent with the calculated data of integrity rate.Meanwhile,the higher the integrity rate of HGMs in the composites,the closer the theoretical density is to the actual density,and the flexural elastic modulus of the composites increases higher,while the Izod notched impact strength decreases significantly.
