摘 要:为解决芳纶纤维(AF)增强复合材料成形过程中工艺复杂、周期长、人工干预多、成形加工难等问题,基于连续纤维增材制造技术研究了AF增强聚乳酸(PLA)(PLA/AF)复合材料,实现从原料到复合材料的直接成形。探索了AF取向、打印速度、打印层厚、打印间距工艺参数对PLA/AF复合材料样品层间剪切强度的影响。结果表明,AF单向取向的复合材料样品的层间剪切强度达到最大值,为11.84 MPa;在打印层厚为0.75 mm、打印间距为1.2 mm工艺参数下,随着打印速度的增加,复合材料样品的层间剪切强度先增大后减小,当打印速度为16 mm/s时,层间剪切强度达到最大值,为14.22 MPa;在打印速度为16 mm/s、打印间距为1.2 mm工艺参数下,随着打印层厚的增加,复合材料样品的层间剪切强度减小,当打印层厚为0.66 mm时,层间剪切强度达到最大值,为14.85 MPa;在打印层厚为0.66 mm、打印速度为16 mm/s工艺参数下,随着打印间距的增加,复合材料样品的层间剪切强度减小,当打印间距为1.2 mm时,层间剪切强度达到最大值,为14.85 MPa。In order to solve the problems of complex process,long cycle,many manual intervention and difficult forming in the forming process of aramid fiber(AF)reinforced composites,the AF reinforced polylactic acid(PLA)(PLA/AF)composites were studied based on continuous fiber additive manufacturing technology,and it was realized that composite was directly formed from raw materials.The effects of AF orientation,printing speed,printing layer thickness and printing spacing on the interlaminar shear strength of PLA/AF composites were investigated.The results show that the interlaminar shear strength of AF unidirectional orientation composites is the highest,which is 11.84 MPa.When the printing thickness is 0.75 mm and the printing spacing is 1.2 mm,the interlaminar shear strength of PLA/AF composite first increases and then decreases with the increase of printing speed.When the printing speed is 16 mm/s,the interlaminar shear strength reaches the maximum value of 14.22 MPa.When the print-ing speed is 16 mm/s and printing spacing is 1.2 mm,the interlaminar shear strength decreases with the increase of printing layer thickness.When the printing layer thickness is 0.66 mm,the interlaminar shear strength reaches the maximum value of 14.85 MPa.When the printing layer thickness is 0.66 mm and printing speed is 16 mm/s,the interlaminar shear strength of PLA/AF compos-ite decreases with the increase of printing spacing.When the printing spacing is 1.20 mm,the interlaminar shear strength reaches the maximum value of 14.85 MPa.
