摘 要:通过模拟油井热洗工况,测试了JHMGC100GW,DQDN3711两种牌号的国产高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)内衬材料在68℃,0.8 MPa条件下处理前后的形貌、质量、体积、力学性能、硬度及耐热性能。结果表明,两种试样在采出油中处理后颜色均变黄,且随温度升高而加深;在采出油中处理后,JHMGC100GW牌号试样表面出现裂纹,DQDN3711牌号试样表面产生局部蚀坑;在采出水中处理后介质渗透速率最大,JHMGC100GW牌号试样的介质渗透速率为1.40 mm/a,DQDN3711牌号试样为4.30 mm/a;两种试样均发生溶胀行为,在采出油中处理后两种试样的质量增长率、体积增长率均最大,JHMGC100GW牌号试样的质量增长率、体积增长率分别为6.29%,9.55%,DQDN3711牌号试样分别为7.76%,10.01%;在采出油中处理后,试样的力学性能降低,JHMGC100GW牌号试样的拉伸屈服强度和简支梁缺口冲击强度分别降低22.46%和7.00%,DQDN3711牌号试样分别降低6.09%和22.74%;处理后两种试样的硬度均有所降低,但耐热性能良好。The morphology,mass,volume,mechanical properties,hardness and heat resistance of domestic high-density polyethylene(PE-HD)of two grades JHMGC100GW and DQDN3711 were tested before and after treatment at 68℃ and 0.8 MPa in simulating oil well hot washing conditions.It is found that the color of the two PE-HD samples change to yellow after being im-mersed in produced oil,color deepens with the increase of temperature.After processing in the produced oil,cracks appear in the surface of the sample with the grade of JHMGC100GW,and local corrosion pits appear in the surface of the sample with the grade of DQDN3711.The penetration rate is the largest in the produced water.The penetration rates of samples of JHMGC100GW and DQDN3711 are 1.40 mm/a and 4.30 mm/a,respectively.Both samples have swelling behavior.After treatment in the produced oil,the mass growth rate and volume growth rate of the two samples are the largest.The mass growth rate and volume growth rate of the sample of JHMGC100GW are 6.29% and 9.55%,and the sample of DQDN3711 is 7.76% and 10.01%.After processing in the produced oil,the mechanical properties of the samples are reduced.The tensile yield strength of the sample with the grade of JH-MGC100GW is reduced by 22.46%,the Charpy notched impact strength is reduced by 7.00%,and the two test results of the sample with the grade of DQDN3711 are reduced by 6.09% and 22.74%.After treatment,the hardness of both samples is reduced,but the heat resistance is good.
