二苯基次膦酸硅油酯合成及其阻燃聚碳酸酯性能

摘  要:以双端羟烃基硅油和二苯基次膦酰氯为原料,合成了一种新型含硅化合物二苯基次膦酸硅油酯(DPPSO),并用傅立叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振磷谱表征了其化学结构。将聚碳酸酯(PC),DPPSO和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)进行熔融共混制备了PC/DPPSO复合材料,并对该复合材料的阻燃性能、热稳定性和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,当添加DPPSO质量分数为5%时,复合材料的垂直燃烧等级达到V–0级,极限氧指数为29.5%。DPPSO的加入降低了复合材料的热稳定性,促进复合材料提前分解形成炭层并释放CO2和含磷产物等不可燃气体,从而提高了复合材料的阻燃性能。同时,随着DPPSO和PTFE的加入,复合材料的力学性能有所下降,其中拉伸强度有所降低,当添加DPPSO质量分数分别为3%和5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度较PC分别降低5.3%和11.0%。A novel diphenylphosphinic acid silicone ester(DPPSO)was synthesized by dihydroxyhydrocarbyl silicone oil and diphenylphosphinyl chloride,and its chemical structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear mag-netic resonance proton spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance phosphorus spectroscopy.The polycarbonate(PC)/DPPSO composite was prepared by melt blending with PC,DPPSO,polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),and the flame retardant properties,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composite were characterized.The results show that when the mass fraction of DPPSO is 5%,the vertical combustion grade of composite reaches V–0 and the limiting oxygen index is 29.5%.The addition of DPPSO reduces the thermal stability of composite,promotes the pre-decomposition of composites to form a carbon layer and re-leases incombustible gases such as CO2 and phosphorus products,thereby improving the flame retardancy of composite.At the same time,with the addition of DPPSO and PTFE,the mechanical properties of composite decrease,among them,the tensile strength decreases.When the mass fraction of DPPSO are 3% and 5%,the tensile strength of composite decreases by 5.3%and 11.0%compared with that of PC,respectively.
