摘　　要：通过对黑水城出土涉医文献进行梳理,整理其中所载疾病,并经多方面对比参照,认为黑水城出土涉医文献具有典型的藏医学特色。在此基础上进一步分析文献中的医疗观念,认为黑水城出土涉医文献对探索当地医学情况具有重要参考价值,值得深入研究。Through sorting out the unearthed documents in Khara-khoto,it is believed that the document unearthed in Khara-khoto has typical characteristics of Tibetan medicine after collecting the diseases recorded in the documents via comparing.It is considered that the document unearthed in Khara-khoto has important reference value to explore the local medical situation through further analyzing medical concept in the literature,and It is worthy of further study.
