“Z”型拨针刀倒“爪”形松解治疗颈源性头痛的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:评价放松训练配合情志护理在“Z”型拨针刀倒“爪”形松解治疗颈源性头痛中的临床应用效果。方法:将70例颈源性头痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例,两组均采用“Z”型拨针刀倒“爪”形松解治疗,在此基础上给予观察组放松训练结合情志护理干预,给予对照组情志护理干预。比较两组临床疗效、残余头痛情况及护理满意度。结果:总有效率观察组为91.43%(32/35),对照组为80.00%(28/35),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。残余头痛总发生率观察组为22.86%(8/35),对照组为60.00%(21/35),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理总满意率观察组为97.14%(34/35),对照组为80.00%(28/35),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放松训练配合情志护理用于“Z”型拨针刀倒“爪”形松解治疗颈源性头痛,可以缓解疼痛,显著提高临床疗效和患者对护理工作的满意度,促进患者康复。Objective:To assess clinical application effects of relaxation training combined with emotional care in the treatment of cervical headache by inverted claw loosening of Z-shaped needle-knife.Methods:Seventy patients with cervical headache were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.Both groups adopted inverted claw loosening of Z-shaped needle knife,based on this therapy,the observation group were given relaxation training combined with emotional care,and the control group emotional care.To compare clinical effects,residual headache and nursing satisfaction degrees between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%(32/35),higher than 80.00%(28/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total incidence of residual headache of the observation group was 22.86%(8/35),lower than 60.00%(21/35)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),higher than 80.00%(28/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Relaxa tion training combined with emotional care applied to the treatment of cervical headache by inverted claw loosening of Z-shaped needle knife could relieve pain,notably raise clinical effects and the patients'satisfaction degree to nursing,promote the patients'recovery.
