温度检测仪测试医用织物清洗消毒器消毒性能的研究

摘　　要：目的:为确认医用织物清洗消毒器消毒参数的有效性,保证良好的消毒效果。方法:按WS/T 508-2016《医院医用织物洗涤消毒技术规范》要求,设置医用织物清洗消毒器的消毒参数为80℃、10min,使用温度检测仪对其内部的温度、维持时间、A0值进行检测;根据检测结果调整设置程序参数,再进行验证试验。结果:医用织物清洗消毒器消毒参数调整前,其温度、维持时间达标率仅为66.7%、16.7%;消毒参数调整后,温度、维持时间的达标率均为100%。结论:宜定期使用温度检测仪对医用织物清洗消毒器消毒参数进行检测,确保实际运行参数准确可靠,保障医用织物的洗涤消毒质量。Objective:To confirm the effectiveness of disinfection parameters of medical fabric cleaning disinfector and ensure a good disinfection effect.Methods:According to the requirements of WS/T 508-2016"Technical Specification for Cleaning and Disinfection of Medical Fabrics in Hospitals",the disinfection parameters of the medical fabric washer-disinfector were set to 80℃,10 minutes,and the internal temperature,maintenance time,and A0 value were measured by temperature detectors.Adjust the program parameters according to test results,and then carry out the verification test.Results:Before the disinfection parameters of the medical fabric washer-disinfector were adjusted,the pass rates of temperature and maintenance time were only 66.7%and 16.7%;after the disinfection parameters were adjusted,the pass rates of temperature and maintenance time were both 100%.Conclusion:It is advisable to use a temperature detector to detect the disinfection parameters of a medical fabric washer-disinfector on a regular basis to ensure that the actual operating parameters are accurate and reliable,and ensure the washing and disinfection quality of medical fabrics.
