摘　　要：电子式交流电能表是一种电能量测量设备,广泛应用于贸易结算,属国家重点管理的计量器具,电能误差是其主要技术指标。通过参加能力验证计划,可以评定实验室从事电子式交流电能表校准的能力,为监视实验室从事该校准的持续能力提供信息;识别实验室存在的问题,为其启动改进措施提供信息;建立该校准的方法有效性和可比性,增强客户信心;识别实验室间的差异,提高实验室技术水平和能力。Electronic AC energy meter is a kind of electrical energy measuring equipments,which is widely used in trade settlement.It is a measuring instrument of state key management,and electrical energy error is its main technical parameters.By participating in the PTP,we can evaluate the ability of the laboratory in the calibration of electronic AC energy meters,and provide information for the monitoring laboratory′s continuous ability to engage in the calibration;identify the problems existing in the laboratory,and provide information for initiating improvement measures;establish the effectiveness and comparability of the calibration methods,and enhance the customer′s confidence;identify the differences between laboratories,and improve the technical level and ability of Laboratory.
