阴茎先天性环状收缩带综合征并发梅毒一例

摘　　要：先天性环状收缩带综合征是一种少见的先天性畸形,通常发生于手、足、手臂、腿和颌面部等部位,可引起并趾、畸形足、兔唇和腭裂等畸形,甚至可导致先天性截肢;而经检索尚无发生于阴茎的先天性环状收缩带综合征报道。现报道一例63岁男性患者因阴茎接触性皮炎就诊,随后检查发现其患有阴茎先天性环状收缩带综合征并发梅毒。Congenital annular constriction band is a rare congenital malformation,which commonly occurs on hands,feet,arms,legs and maxillofacial region and may cause syndactyly,clubfeet,cleft lip and palate,and congenital amputations.But it was rarely reported in penis.We reported a 63-year-old male who claimed to suffer from contact dermatitis of penis.Then he was diagnosed with penile congenital annular constricting bands complicated with syphilis.
