重组Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体抗体融合蛋白联合糖皮质激素成功治疗重症多形红斑型药疹一例

摘　　要：患者,女,35岁。躯干四肢红斑、水疱8天。临床表现及组织病理检查符合重症多形红斑型药疹(Stevens-Johnson syndrome,SJS),重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体抗体融合蛋白单次联合糖皮质激素治疗后痊愈无复发。A 35-year-old female with erythema and blisters on trunk and limbs for 8 days.The clinical manifestations and the features of histological examination were consistent with drug-induced Stevens-Johnson syndrome(SJS).After one time injection with recombinant human tumor necrosis factor receptor type Ⅱ-IgG Fc fusion protein and glucocorticoid,she recovered without recurrence.
