摘 要:为了提高电力应急通信系统信息传输的实时性能,文章提出基于北斗的电力应急通信系统建设及运检技术。基于北斗短报文描述异构网络之间的差异性;计算异构网络的融合概率,获取到最优通信信道;建立通信信道链路,描述最大传输范围;计算网络容量,构建拥塞避免模型;定义信息传输信道的干扰指数得到带宽;计算运检过程中总负载,实现了电力应急通信系统的建设及运检。实验结果表明,所提技术在信息利用率、网络吞吐量和系统响应时间等方面具有较优的性能。In order to improve the real-time performance of information transmission of power emergency communication system,a construction and operation&maintenance technology of power emergency communication system based on Beidou is proposed.We describe the differences between heterogeneous networks based on Beidou short message,calculate the fusion probability of heterogeneous networks and obtain the optimal communication channel,establish a communication channel link and describe the maximum transmission range,calculate network capacity and build congestion avoidance model,define the interference index of information transmission channel and get the bandwidth,calculate the total load in the process of operation and inspection,and realize the construction and operation&maintenance of power emergency communication system.Experimental results show that the proposed technology has superior performance in information utilization,network throughput and system response time.
