手术室细节护理管理在医院感染控制中的作用

摘　　要：目的:分析在医院感染控制的过程中实施手术室细节护理管理的有效性。方法:将我院手术室开展手术治疗的患者79例作为本次观察对象,采用电脑随机分组的方式将79例手术室患者分成两组,针对常规组39例手术室患者实施常规的手术室护理管理干预,针对研究组40例手术室患者实施手术室细节护理管理干预,对两组手术室患者的管理效果进行对比分析。结果:研究组手术室患者护理管理后的感染发生率、手术中操作意外发生率低于常规组手术室患者(P<0.05),统计学有意义;且研究组护理干预后的护理满意度、手术室护理质量管理评分高于常规组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:在手术室实施细节护理管理的有效性较为显著,能有效控制医院感染的发生,提高手术治疗的效果,减少手术意外的发生,促进手术室护理管理质量水平的提高。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of detailed nursing management in the operating room during the process of hospital infection control.Methods:79 patients undergoing surgical treatment in the operating room of our hospital were taken as the observation objects.The 79 patients in the operating room were divided into two groups by computer randomization,and 39 patients in the operating room in the conventional group were given routine operating room care.Management intervention,implemented operating room detailed nursing management intervention for 40 patients in the operating room of the study group,and compared the management effect of the two groups of operating room patients.Results:The incidence of infection and accident rate during operation of patients in the operating room of the study group were lower than those of patients in the operating room of the routine group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;and the nursing satisfaction of the study group after nursing intervention,The operating room nursing quality management score was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The effectiveness of detailed nursing management in the operating room is more significant.It can effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial infection,improve the effect of surgical treatment,reduce the occurrence of surgical accidents,and promote the improvement of the quality of nursing management in the operating room.
