摘　　要：以攀枝花学院为例,对“四目标一模式”的生物类创业人才培养模式进行研究。结合生物类专业和部分学生特点,从合作机制、师资整合、团队建设、实践平台育人、课程设置、管理制度、学分认定和教学评价方面入手,形成了具有显著行业特色和创新特色的创业人才培养模式。Through taking Panzhihua University as an example,the research explores the“Four Targets and One Mode”in biological entrepreneurial talent training mode.Through combining with the Biology Specialty and parts of student’s characteristics,the entrepreneurship talent training mode,which is characterized with significant industry and innovative characteristics,is formed from the following aspects,such as the cooperative mechanism,teacher integration,team construction,practical platform education,course allocation,management system,credit identification and teaching evaluation.
