摘　　要：混合式教学模式兼具传统课堂和在线学习的优点,在培养学员知识综合运用能力方面优势明显。针对军队院校任职岗位课程普遍存在课程内容涉密、线上资源缺乏、课程目标偏重知识运用和能力培养等特点,探讨基于定制化智慧教学平台实施混合式教学的基本思想和要素,建立军事任职教育课程混合式教学的组织实施模式,可供军队院校开展混合教学提供参考与借鉴。The blending teaching mode has the advantages of tradi-tional classroom and online learning,and has obvious advantages in cultivating students’ability of comprehensive application of know-ledge.In view of the characteristics of the course content,lack of online resources and emphasis on knowledge application and ability training,the basic ideas and elements of blending teaching based on customized intelligent teaching platform are discussed,and the orga-nization and implementation mode of blending teaching for military vocational education curriculum is established,which can be used for blending teaching in military colleges and universities providing reference.
