摘  要:针对我国棉花存在的价格偏高,供需矛盾突出,但聚酯产能过剩,产品附加值低等问题,本文对聚酯纤维(PET纤维)进行技术手段改性,运用化学方法从分子链的化学结构上对PET纤维改性,并对其结构和性能进行综合分析。聚合过程中添加含多亲水基团(如羟基)的单体,可提高PET纤维亲水性能。在纤维大分子链的适当位置引入亲染料基团(如磺酸盐)的单体共聚,利用磺酸基团结合染料分子,从而改善纤维的可染性。在苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)聚合过程中,将柔性链段引入PET纤维分子链段,可改善手感。同时,在纺丝过程中,加入功能性组份,可改善纤维的功能性。通过分析仿棉PET纤维的四大性能(吸湿、染色、外观、功能性),探究纤维结构与性能的关系。研究结果表明,化学方法改性PET纤维,性能较优良,效果较持久;由仿棉PET纤维制得的涤纶仿棉织物的导湿性、透气性优于纯棉织物,抗静电性能优良,在悬垂性、抗皱性、尺寸稳定性等方面有明显改善。该研究对后续新型仿棉聚酯产品的研发提供了理论依据。Cotton price is high in China,and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.But polyester is overcapacity,and its added value is low.It is very necessary to develop imitation cotton fiber and its products.In this paper,polyester fiber was modified by technical means.Chemical methods were used to modify the PET from the chemical structure of the molecular chains,and structure and properties were comprehensively analyzed.It is found that adding monomers containing many hydrophilic groups(such as hydroxyl groups)can improve the hydrophilicity of polyester fibers in the polymerization process.It is found that monomers with dye-friendly groups(such as sulfonate)are introduced into the proper position of the fiber macromolecular chain to copolymerize.Sulfonic acid groups are used to bind dye molecules.It can improve the dyeability of the fibers.The results show that the flexible segment is introduced into the PET molecular segment during the polymerization of PTA and EG,which can improve the fiber handle.It is found that adding functional components in spinning process can improve the function of fibers.By analyzing the four properties(moisture absorption,dyeing,appearance and function)of imitation cotton polyester fiber,the understanding of the relationship between fiber structure and performance is deepened.The results show that the modified polyester fiber has better wettability and permeability than that of pure cotton fabric,and its antistatic property is excellent.Drape,wrinkle resistance,dimensional stability and other aspects have been improved significantly.
