摘  要:城市地下空间开发的需求日益增长,如何快速建造高品质的地下空间正在成为工程设计和施工人员的关注焦点。在基坑工程中采用超深超厚地连墙结构,施工期间作为基坑围护结构,运营期间作为主体结构的一部分,实现支护、主体结构一次建造成型,减少施工步骤、节省大量临时支撑施工和拆除、减少应力转换次数,确保施工和周边建筑物安全,从而提高了基坑工程施工效率和经济性。结合杭州机场轨道快线西湖文化广场站基坑工程对超深超厚地连墙的施工中成槽技术、泥浆施工、钢筋笼吊装、槽幅接头防水等关键技术进行分析,并对周边环境开展自动化监测分析地连墙施工对临近既有线的影响。研究结果表明,支护与主体结构一体化地连墙可有效控制土体变形,满足周边环境变形要求。To meet the increasing demand of urban underground space development,how to build high-quality underground space quickly is becoming the focus of engineering design and construction personnel.In the foundation pit engineering,the ultra-deep and ultra-thick underground diaphragm wall is used as the foundation pit retaining structure during construction and as a part of the main structure in the operating period,which can realize the construction molding of the support and main structure at a time,reduce the construction steps,save a lot of temporary support construction and demolition,and decrease the stress transfer to ensure the safety of construction and surrounding buildings,thus improving the construction efficiency and economy.In this paper,the construction key technology of ultra-deep and ultra-thick underground diaphragm wall were introduced such as the trench excavation,slurry,the hoisting of steel cage,and the waterproofing of groove width joints.And the construction influence on adjacent existing lines were analyzed in combination with the West Lake Culture Square Station Project of Hangzhou Airport Railway Express.The research results show that the integration of support and main structure for underground diaphragm wall can effectively control the deformation to meet the deformation requirements of the surrounding environment.
