摘　　要：信令网是移动通信的神经网络,随着5G网络部署网元规模的增加,现有网元通信模式出现局限性。本文通过分析SCP引入必要性及组网模式,结合网络特点,从业务需求、与周边网元对接、运维管理和网络演进等因素,给出初期组网模式、节点设置和网络架构建议。Signaling network is the neural network of mobile communication. With the increase of network element scale in 5G network deployment, the existing network element communication mode has limitations. Based on the analysis of the necessity and networking mode of SCP, combined with the characteristics of the network, from the service requirements, docking with the surrounding network elements, operation and maintenance management, network evolution and other factors, the initial networking mode, node setting and network architecture are proposed.
