摘  要:提出了一种新型谐振倍压电路型电压均衡器,较之传统主动型均衡器具有可控开关少,控制简单的优点。该均衡器中的所有MOSFET和二极管都能实现软开关,并且在开环配置的情况下能够控制均衡电流的大小。对电压均衡器的工作模式及其稳态特性进行了详细分析,建立了数学模型,给出了电路主要参数的设计方法;制作了电压均衡器样机,对10个串联超级电容进行了均衡实验。实验结果验证了分析的正确性与电压均衡器的均衡效果。This paper proposed a new voltage equalizer based on voltage multiplier resonant circuit with the advantages of fewer controllable switches and simple control compared with the traditional active equalizers.All MOSFETs and diodes in the voltage equalizer could achieve soft switching.And,in the proposed equalizer,in the case of an open loop configuration,the value of the equalizing current could be controlled.The working modes and the steady-state characteristics of the voltage equalizer were analyzed in detail,the mathematical models were established,and the design method of the main parameters of the equalizer circuit was given.A prototype of the voltage equalizer was made,and an equalization experiment was performed on 10 supercapacitors connected in series.The experimental results verify the correctness of the analysis and the balanced performance of the voltage equalizer.
