摘 要:磷酸铁锂电池具有循环寿命长、倍率性能优异、温度特性良好、绿色环保等优势,有望取代铅酸电池成为变电站直流系统的主流选择。但是,磷酸铁锂电池仍难以实现本质安全,在滥用条件下可能发生热失控并引起燃烧、爆炸等火灾事故,不利于变电站的可靠运行。对磷酸铁锂电池的燃烧机理、热失控的诱因和消除策略、安全预警和消防灭火的研究进展进行了综述,为解决磷酸铁锂电池在变电站应用场景下的安全问题提供借鉴和参考。Lithium iron phosphate battery is being expected to replace lead-acid battery as the main choice for substation DC power system with the advantages of long cycle life,excellent rate performance,good temperature characteristics,and environmental protection.However,it is still difficult for lithium iron phosphate battery to achieve inherent safety.Under abuse conditions,thermal runaway could occur and cause fire accidents such as burning and explosion.It is not conducive to the reliable operation of substation.In this paper,the combustion mechanism of lithium iron phosphate battery,the causes and strategies of thermal runaway,the safety warning and the research progress of fire suppression were reviewed.It provides references for solving the safety issue of lithium iron phosphate battery in substation application scenarios.
