摘  要:研究开发的尾矿浓缩输送过程智能控制系统,能适应某矿山选矿车间上游工序生产特点,结合浓密沉降过程及尾矿输送过程特征,在基础自动化功能的基础上,实现两台高效浓密机底流浓度自动调节、絮凝剂自动添加。解决了通过自动调节浓密机底流泵转速,使底流浓度控制在长距离管线输送浓度的±2%,使选厂每年多产出近100万m3回水。The intelligent control system for tailings concentration and transportation developed can adapt to the production characteristics of upstream process of a mine beneficiation workshop.Combined with the characteristics of thickening sedimentation process and tailings transportation process,the underflow concentration and flocculant of two high-efficiency thickeners can be adjusted or added automatically on the basis of basic automation function.By automatically adjusting the speed of underflow pump of thickener,the underflow concentration is controlled within±2%of the concentration transported by long distance pipeline,and the concentrator can produce nearly 1 million m3 more return water every year.
