摘　　要：文章介绍了某海外氧化铝项目工作分解结构(WBS)的构建过程,在确定构建原则的基础上,以获得项目接收证书(TOC)为目标确定工作范围,然后逐层分解构建了该项目的WBS。文章最后,笔者从WBS的重要性、构建方法和注重应用等方面谈了自己的体会。The article introduces the creation process of the work breakdown structure(WBS)of an overseas project for alumina refinery.First,the creation principles are determined,and then the project acceptance certificate(TOC)is obtained to determine the scope of work,and then the WBS of the project is decomposed and constructed layer by layer.At the end of the article,the author talked about his own idea in terms of the importance of WBS,creation methods and focus on application.
