摘　　要：为了融入国际矿业资本市场,需要探索有色金属矿山项目可行性研究工作如何国际化并被市场认可。文章探究了可行性研究的概念,并从国家相关文件规定、工作参与主体具体分析了中国可行性研究工作的特点。也从可行性研究包括的内容、开展的方式上与国际可行性研究惯例进行对比,提出中国可行性研究国际化在资源、储量报告国际化、技术报告国际化、可持续发展影响评估国际化上需要转变。参与国际资本市场的有色金属矿山项目可行性研究工作国际化是大势所趋、势在必行。In order to integrate into the international mining capital market,it is necessary to explore how the Feasibility Study of non-ferrous metal mining projects should be internationalized and accepted by the capital market.This paper explores the concept of Feasibility Study and analyzes the characteristics of Feasibility Study in China from the perspective of relevant national documents and participants.It also compares the contents and methodology of Feasibility Studies with the international practice of Feasibility Studies,and puts forward the changes needed in the internationalization of China's Feasibility Studies in terms of resources report,reserves report,technical report and sustainable development impact assessment.The internationalization of the Feasibility Study of non-ferrous metal mining projects participating in the international capital market is a general trend and imperative.
