摘 要:综合国内外相关研究成果,从粘结应力组成、粘结强度计算、粘结滑移本构以及粘结性能有限元分析等方面对钢管混凝土的界面粘结研究现状进行了总结,结果表明:粘结应力主要由化学胶结力、机械咬合力及摩擦力组成,摩擦力承担界面主要的抗剪作用;对粘结强度影响较大的因素为钢管形状、钢管尺寸及界面粗糙程度,其他影响因素得到的结论并不一致;现有的粘结强度试验值均未考虑材料自重影响,低估了实际的粘结强度,计算发现美国规范对粘结强度的取值较为合理。在此基础上,对钢管混凝土界面粘结的研究进展进行了分析,认为新型钢管混凝土及特殊环境下钢管混凝土的粘结性能和机理有待继续深入探索。Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,the present situation of concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)bond performance is summarized from the aspects of the bond stress composition,the bond strength calculation,the bond slip constitutive and the finite element analysis of bond performance.The results show that the bond stress is composed of chemical bond force,mechanical bite force and friction force,and the friction force mainly bears the shear resistance of the interface.The shape and size of steel tube and the interface roughness are the major factors influencing the bonding strength,while the conclusions about other factors are not very consistent.The existing test researches on bond strength have not taken into account the impact of material weight,thus underestimating the bond strength of CFST.Then it is found that the American code is more reasonable for predicting the bond strength after recalculation.On this basis,the research progress on the interface bond of CFST is analyzed,and it is considered that the bond performance and mechanism of new CFST and CFST under special circumstances need to be further explored.
