摘 要:为研究地下水位变化对地基承载力的影响,按裙房作用于基底的压力不小于或者小于基底水浮力两种情况,推导和分析了在水浮力作用下裙房对主楼地基承载力的影响。裙房作用于基底的压力小于基底水浮力时,考虑黏聚力对地基承载力的贡献以及水浮力和抗浮锚杆共同作用对土的浮重度的影响两个因素,给出了修正后的地基承载力特征值计算方法。计算结果显示,地下水位变化对地基承载力有影响,且该影响随土的类型不同呈现比较大的差异。建议进行地基承载力计算时考虑地下水位的影响,最终结果需综合考虑。In order to study the influence of groundwater level change on the foundation bearing capacity,according to the two situations that pressure on foundation by podium is not less than or less than the water buoyancy of foundation,the influence of podium on the foundation bearing capacity of the main building under water buoyancy was deduced and analyzed.When the pressure of podium on foundation is less than the water buoyancy of foundation,considering the contribution of cohesion to foundation bearing capacity and the influence of the combined action of water buoyancy and anti-floating anchor on the buoyant unit weight of the soil,the calculation method of modified characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity was given.The calculation results show that the change of groundwater level has an influence on the foundation bearing capacity,and the influence varies greatly with the classification of soil.It is suggested that the influence of groundwater level should be considered when calculating foundation bearing capacity,and the final result needs to be considered comprehensively.
