摘  要:教师围绕教学目标、根据学生身心特点,具体通过信息、故事、音乐、游戏、问题等情境的创设和教学运用,利于小学生成为学练五禽戏的课堂主人,在趣味盎然的教学氛围中掌握功法技能、提高身体素质、培养意志品质。在整个教学过程中,充分发挥五禽戏这一传统项目的独特作用,有效增进学生身心健康、体悟中国健身文化内涵,培养学生从小成为中国文化的受益者、传播者和坚守者,为增强中国文化自信做出积极贡献。The teacher revolves around the teaching goal,according to the physical and mental characteristics of the students,through the creation and teaching application of situations such as information,stories,music,games,questions,etc.,which is beneficial for primary school students to become the classroom masters of learning and practicing five-fowl opera master skills,improve physical quality and cultivate will in an interesting teaching atmosphere.In the whole teaching process,we should give full play to the unique role of the traditional project of Wuqinxi,effectively improve students’physical and mental health,understand the connotation of Chinese fitness culture,and train students to become beneficiaries,disseminators and defenders of Chinese culture from an early age,to make a positive contribution to enhance the self-confidence of Chinese culture.
