甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及宫外孕Ⅱ号治疗宫外孕患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及宫外孕Ⅱ号治疗宫外孕患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的110例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,各55例。对照组应用甲氨蝶呤治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合米非司酮及宫外孕Ⅱ号治疗。比较两组治疗效果、盆腔积液吸收时间、包块吸收时间、血β-HCG(人绒毛膜促性腺激素)下降时间、血β-HCG值变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组盆腔积液吸收时间、包块吸收时间及血β-HCG下降时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、2周后,实验组血β-HCG值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及宫外孕Ⅱ号治疗宫外孕患者效果更优,有助于缩短治疗时间,且药物安全性更高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone and ectopic pregnancyⅡin treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,our hospital 110 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were selected as reseach subjects and they were random divided into control group and experimental group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated withmethotrexate therapy,and the experimental group was treated with mifepristone and ectopic pregnancyⅡon the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,the absorption time of pelvic effusion,the absorption time of mass,the decrease time of bloodβ-HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin),the change of bloodβ-HCG and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The absorption time of pelvic effusion,the absorption time of mass and the bloodβ-HCG decreased time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the bloodβ-HCG in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of methotrexate combined with mifepristone and ectopic pregnancyⅡtreatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy effect better,help to shorten the treatment time,and drug safety is higher.
