贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀对慢性心衰患者血清炎症因子及心功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀应用于慢性心衰患者临床治疗中对血清炎症因子及心功能指标的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2019年10月本院治疗的75例慢性心衰患者作为研究对象。以奇偶数分组方式分为单一组(n=37)和联合组(n=38),单一组给予贝那普利药物治疗,联合组给予贝那普利与阿托伐他汀联合治疗,比较两组治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α、C反应蛋白、白介素6等炎症因子水平及左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末径、左室射血分数等心功能指标。结果治疗前,两组各项炎症因子水平及心功能指标比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,联合组肿瘤坏死因子α、C反应蛋白、白介素6水平均明显低于单一组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组炎症因子水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末径均明显低于单一组,左室射血分数明显高于单一组(P<0.05),同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀应用于慢性心衰患者临床治疗的优势明显,可明显降低炎症反应,改善心功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore effects of benazepril combined with atorvastatin on serum inflammatory factors and cardiac function indexes in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 75 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to October2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into single group(n=37)and combined group(n=38)by odd and even grouping.The single group was given benapril drug treatment,and the combined group was given benazepril and atorvastatin treatment.The levels of inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factorα,C-reactive protein,and interleukin 6 before and after treatment in patients with chronic heart failure,and cardiac function indexes such as left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared between the same group.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of various inflammatory factors and cardiac function indexes between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factorα,C-reactive protein,and interleukin 6 in the combined group were significantly lower than in the single group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the combined ventricular end systolic diameter and left ventricular end diastolic diameter in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the single group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that in the single group(P<0.05),the differences between the same group before and after treatment were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with atorvastatin has obvious advantages in clinical treatment of patients with chronic heart failure,it can significantly reduce the inflammatory response and improve cardiac function,which is worthy of clinical application.
