腰骶选择性神经根阻滞术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腰骶选择性神经根阻滞术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为观察组与参照组,每组25例。参照组在疼痛科无菌操作治疗室行腰硬膜外灌注治疗,观察组采取腰骶选择性神经根阻滞术治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不同时间的疼痛(VAS)评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前与治疗3个月后VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后1周、1个月观察组VAS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论应用腰骶选择性神经根阻滞术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛情况,且对患者造成的创伤较小,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of lumbosacral selective nerve root block in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 50 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar epidural perfusion in the aseptic operation treatment room of the Department of Pain,and the observation group was treated with lumbosacral selective nerve root block.The treatment effects,VAS scores at different time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment.VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group at 1 week and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lumbosacral selective nerve root block in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has obvious effect,it can effectively relieve the pain of patients,and has less trauma,the safety is high.
