摘　　要：发挥CSP产线短流程工艺优势,充分利用钛的析出强化作用,通过合理的成分和轧制工艺设计,河钢邯钢在CSP产线成功开发出汽车罐体用钢620JJ,产品组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,晶粒度均匀细小,力学性能稳定,用户使用时成型、焊接加工良好,满足客户车身轻量化设计的需求。Taking advantage of the short process technology of the CSP production line,making full use of the precipitation strengthening effect of titanium,through reasonable composition and rolling process design,620JJ for automobile tank body is successfully developed on the CSP production line of Hesteel Handan Iron and Steel.The product organization is ferrite+a small amount of pearlite,the grain size is even and fine,the mechanical properties are stable,the user's molding and welding process are good and can meet the needs of customers'lightweight design.
