摘　　要：针对中高碳弹簧钢热轧钢带翘皮缺陷,开展了实验检测分析,对产生原因进行了探讨,找出了产生翘皮缺陷的根本原因。研究结果表明:严重翘皮是由连铸板坯存在中间裂纹产生的,边部翘皮是在热轧粗轧过程中产生的。结合生产过程中存在的质量问题,提出了改进措施,有效防止了中高碳弹簧钢热轧钢带翘皮缺陷的产生,产品质量良好,获得了客户的认可。Aiming at the skin warping defect of hot rolled strip of medium and high carbon spring steel,the experimental detection and analysis are carried out,the causes are discussed,and the root cause of the warping defect is found out.The results show that the serious skin warping is caused by the existence of intermediate cracks in the continuous casting slab,the edge warping is caused by the rough rolling process.Combined with the quality problems existing in the production process,the improvement measures are put forward,which effectively prevent the occurrence of warping defects of medium and high carbon spring steel hot rolled strip,and the product quality is good,which is recognized by customers.
