脑卒中患者慢病管理用药依从性研究热点和趋势分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国脑卒中患者慢病管理用药依从性的研究热点和发展趋势。方法运用文献计量法与可视化分析法,并将其相结合通过使用Citespace软件,对中国知网(CNKI)中检索到的自1994年5月-2020年11月以脑卒中患者用药依从性为主题的128篇相关文献进行系列知识图谱绘制,并根据图谱对研究热点及趋势展开分析。结果脑卒中患者慢病管理用药依从性研究内容广泛,主要研究内容包括现状、影响及危险因素、药物依从性、相关降压药物及其治疗方法等方面,而这些方面也逐渐成为今后研究的方向与热点。结论我国脑卒中慢病管理用药依从性研究还处于初步阶段,尚未形成成熟的脑卒中患者用药依从性标准,规范化的、科学化的卒中慢病管理模式未建立,需要顺应当前国内研究热点与趋势进行更深入的分析,投入更多的研究力量。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of the compliance of chronic disease management in stroke patients in our country.Methods Using the bibliometric method and the visual analysis method,and combining them,through the use of Citespace software,the medication compliance of stroke patients retrieved from the China National Knowledge Base(CNKI)from May 1994 to November 2020,draw a series of knowledge maps for 128 related documents on the theme,and analyze research hotspots and trends based on the maps.Results The research on the compliance of chronic disease management in stroke pa tients is extensive,and the main research content includes the current situation,impact and risk factors,drug compliance,related antihypertensive drugs and their treatment methods,etc.,and these aspects have gradually become fu ture research direction and hot spot.Conclusion The study on medication compliance of chronic stroke disease management in our country is still in the preliminary stage.A mature medication compliance standard for stroke patients has not yet been established.A standardized and scientific stroke management model has not been established,and it needs to comply with current domestic research hotspots,carry out more in-depth analysis of trends and invest more research power.
